💼 What You’ll Do :

  • Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy (primarily pediatrics)
  • Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on your training and clinical interests
  • Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
  • Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care
  • Optional : Treat adult patients based on your interests
  • Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support and problem-solving
  • Work 1 : 1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to support sensory and communication needs

  • $80,000–$102,000 / year depending on experience and schedule

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in Washington
  • CCC preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
  • Experienced in the field—or ready to bring your full self to a team that values you
  • Passionate about communication, feeding, collaboration, and whole-family care
