We are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our presence in Utah. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven ability to generate leads, follow through consistently, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Relationship Development (40%)
Build, grow, and maintain a book of referral partners, including insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial contacts
Schedule and attend 15–20 face-to-face meetings weekly with referral partners
Actively attend community events, association meetings, and industry mixers to increase visibility and brand recognition
Sales Pipeline & Follow-Up (35%)
Generate new leads through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up
Track all sales activity in CRM (calls, meetings, referrals, follow-up dates) daily
Respond within 90 minutes to emergency leads
Manage relationships from introduction to handoff with the internal ops team
Strategic Collaboration (15%)
Work closely with operations and marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Report on referral trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities
Share client insights to improve internal communication and service delivery
Accountability & Reporting (10%)
Meet weekly with leadership to review metrics, troubleshoot slow pipelines, and set goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, referrals, and conversion outcomes
Track monthly goals for :

Requirements
2–5 years of B2B or service-based sales experience
Proven success in building and maintaining referral networks
Strong organizational skills with CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Willing to travel regionally and work occasional evenings and weekends
