Patient Care Coordinator

Were currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton this role youll be a vital part of the patient journey from start to finish supporting daily operations and building lasting connections with patients through ongoing outreach and follow-up. This position offers a long-term career path within a growing practice focused on excellence and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients

Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth

Manage check-out collect payments apply rewards (Alle Aspire Xperience) and review visit summaries

Schedule appointments answer calls and conduct patient outreach

Educate patients on services promotions rewards and financing options

Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits

Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies

Qualifications

Previous experience in medical aesthetics dermatology plastic surgery or luxury spa settings preferred.

Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.

Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Familiarity with aesthetic treatments skincare products and med spa procedures preferred.

Proficient with scheduling software patient management systems and office technology.

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or medical office certification a plus.

Professional polished and patient-focused demeanor.
