Job descriptionPremium pay for shifts and special circumstances. Annual increases based on performance. Benefits Include : Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Tuition Assistance up to $7,200. Night shifts with 8 and 12-hour options. Every third weekend rotation. Holiday rotation. Post-operative care for craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke patients. High volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases. Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, compassionate care. Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes. Enhance the patient experience throughout the continuum of care. Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection. Thrive in an environment promoting teamwork and continuous learning. Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans. Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient conditions. Coordinate discharge plans using interdisciplinary collaboration. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care. Promote a culture of safety and report any safety concerns. Current Registered Nurse license in practicing state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to engage in physical activities such as lifting and transferring patients. Must be able to work in environments requiring safety precautions.
