Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , providing care for diverse and complex patients :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke patients.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery cases.What You'll Do :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes.Enhance the patient experience throughout the continuum of care.Why Join Us?

Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.Recognize and respond to significant changes in patient conditions.Coordinate discharge plans using interdisciplinary collaboration.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.Promote a culture of safety and report any safety concerns.Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse license in practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Physical Requirements :
Ability to engage in physical activities such as lifting and transferring patients.Must be able to work in environments requiring safety precautions.
