Senior Business Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst to support a large-scale transportation initiative. Key Responsibilities Conduct management performance reviews (MPRs) of state public transit systems Analyze operational and management structures to identify areas for improvement Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in business process analysis or performance auditing Experience working with public transit systems or similar transportation agencies Strong skills in KPI development, peer benchmarking, and survey analysis Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facility observations Ability to produce clear, actionable recommendations and audit reports
