Work You'll Do :

• As a manager, you will lead and deliver engagements, or components of large, complex engagements. These projects identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients.
• Using direct management and hands-on delivery, you will craft solutions for clients. You will guide and oversee your team's deliverables and recommendations.
• You will also manage daily stakeholder relationships. Managers contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership.
• Managers play a key role in business development activities, including developing and presenting proposals.
• Managers are also responsible for developing junior staff.

The wage range for this role is $130,800 to $241,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
