Palo Alto Firewall Engineer

A company is looking for a Firewall Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability

Oversee the management of Palo Alto firewalls, including upgrades, patches, and configurations

Utilize networking protocols and devices, including firewalls, routers, and VPNs

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience managing Palo Alto firewalls

Active PCCSA, PCNSA, or PCNSE certification

Knowledge of converting layer 4 rules to layer 7 using userID and appID

Experience managing Checkpoint firewalls in an IaaS environment (preferred)

Ability to leverage Python scripts for task automation (preferred)
