Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Title : Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project
• Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
