Job Title : Orthopedic Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon

• Location : West Phoenix, AZ (with potential to split time in North Phoenix)
• Hours & Schedule : Full-time, schedule varies based on clinic and surgical volume
• Work Environment : Multi-site setting including outpatient clinic, surgery center, and hospital
• Travel Required : No Travel
• Salary / Compensation : $300,000 – $500,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Bonus Structure : Performance-based and quality incentive bonuses available
