Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple interrelated projects within the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams-including engineering, product management, operations, and executive leadership-to deliver complex programs on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring program objectives align with corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure effective collaboration between project teams.
Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Drive program reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to improve program outcomes.
Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources across assigned programs.
Track and report program metrics, KPIs, and overall performance.
Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of program or project management experience in a technology or enterprise environment.
Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
