Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations. This is a hands-on, highly visible role working closely with leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and broadcast roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement recruitment plans.
• Maintain and update recruitment site pages (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring employees have the resources to succeed.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend strategies to improve retention.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance efforts.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance initiatives, including SOX-related processes.
• Maintain accurate HR data using HRIS systems.
