Description

The CNA position plays a vital role in the patient's recovery process. Each CNA is responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, dining services, and ensuring accurate and complete electronic health records.

Advanced Health Care of Reno is a state-of-the-art, short-term sub-acute skilled nursing facility. We specialize in short-term transitional rehab care for patients who need care for several weeks before they return back home. We offer 42 private suites for our patients to recover in as we nurse and rehab them back to health.

Requirements

Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Serve patient meals in dining room, assist with feeding of patients, adhering to any special diet needs.
• Complete charging in electronic health record.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
