Senior Manager of Sterile Processing
Location : Torrance, California, United States (Covering operations in both Torrance and San Pedro , CA)
Employment Type : Full-Time | Onsite
Required Qualifications :
- Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field (Required)
- Certification (any one of the following required upon hire) :
- National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) – HSPA
- National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician – CBSPD
- National Certified Instrument Specialist – HSPA
- National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist – CBSPD
- Experience :
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in Sterile Processing
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital sterile processing department
- Minimum 3 years managing budgets and staff
- Demonstrated ability in staff development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership
