Commercial HVAC Service Tech needed

Alpine Mechanical is currently accepting applications for a commercial construction HVAC Service Technician. Applicants are required to have at least 3 to-5 years' experience with commercial HVAC equipment. Applicant must be a motivated self-starter, and who can work independently without supervision, when required. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, must be reliable, honest, and show up for work every day, Monday through Friday. Applicants must provide a clean DMV driving record.

Job Duties include :

Assist Installers with new commercial HVAC equipment, including but not limited to :

large tonnage, high-pressure Roof Top Units all the way down to small, 1.5-ton Ductless mini-splits

diagnose and make required repairs and / or service units that were installed by us, under warranty.

Also, from craning & setting new equipment on rooftop curbs to running freon line sets, condenser water piping, condensate drain lines, low voltage wire and / or Thermostats

Install Smoke Detectors, Remote L.E.D. Test Stations, Startup Equipment & Check Operation for Proper Function.

Document all operating voltages, amp draws, temp splits, operating pressures and motor rotation

Service and Repair all Equipment we Install under Warranty, fill out start-up sheets, warranty parts tags & service work orders, when required.

Applicant must have all required service tools for this position, including gauges, meters, drills & hand tools.

This is a Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Benefits are available after 90 days, including paid holidays, medical benefits, paid time off, and other incentives. Come into the office to fill out an application.
