Role Summary

As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will own the end-to-end implementation of Cinnamon's integration endpoints into customer environments. You will translate business requirements into technical deliverables, configure and validate HL7 / X12 interfaces, SFTP workflows, secure network connections, and ensure a seamless go-live experience. This role blends deep hands-on engineering with light project-lead responsibilities working side-by-side with customer IT teams while coordinating milestones internally to keep multiple implementations on track.

This role requires hands-on engineering expertise and the ability to independently solve technical challenges across integrations, with minimal guidance. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems without relying solely on external direction.
