Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative assessment solutions and enhance existing products
Conduct validation studies and ensure assessments meet professional standards and guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale assessment solutions effectively
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related field; MA-level considered with exceptional experience
1-2 years of experience in assessment design or implementation
Advanced proficiency in R for data management and statistical analysis
Deep knowledge of assessment development and psychometric methods
Experience in managing large datasets and presenting findings to diverse audiences
