Your Impact as Groundskeeper

As our Groundskeeper at Wyvernwood Garden Apartments, you'll be the reason residents smile when they walk through our community. You're not just picking up trash—you're creating first impressions, maintaining curb appeal, and ensuring our residents are proud to call Wyvernwood home. If you take pride in a job well done and love seeing the immediate results of your hard work, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed
• Assist with unit turn procedures to get apartments move-in ready
• Complete assigned work orders, diagnosing issues and making repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns and communicate needs to management
• Track inventory, return unused items to designated locations, and notify your supervisor of reorder needs
• Support cost-control efforts by repairing rather than replacing when possible and using materials and equipment responsibly

What You Bring

• Ability to communicate
• Availability to work any shift, Sunday through Saturday
• 1 year of facilities experience preferred
• A positive attitude and pride in your work
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Weekends as needed
• on-call shifts as needed
