Interventional Radiologist – Lakeland, FL

Join a collaborative, high-volume radiology group in Central Florida at a brand new facility (July '26) as a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist. This position offers a procedural-focused schedule, exceptional earning potential, and a supportive environment with robust system resources.

Position Highlights

• Base salary : $524,999 - 525,000
• Annual quality metrics bonus : $25K
• Generous starting bonus : $100K
• Additional earning potential through radiology peer review cases
• Schedule : 7 on / 7 off (days only)
• Primary focus : can be 100% IR or IR with light diagnostic reading as case volume allows.
• Full-time days (approx. 182 shifts / year)
• Advanced systems : Epic EMR and Philips PACS
