Housekeeper

Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team in New Albany and Clarksville, IN at the Huntley Ridge Apartments. Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. We are offering up to $18 / hr plus up to $750 quarterly bonuses, 2 weeks paid time off plus 9 holidays, and 20% discount on rent.

    • Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
  • Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
  • Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and / or the management company related to housekeeping

    • Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :

  • 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
  • Must be detail oriented
