Pediatric LPN/RN Private Duty Nursing

Location: Pennsauken, NJ
SIGN-ON BONUS $500
Pay: $42-$45/hour for LPNs | $52-$55/hour for RNs
Shifts Available:
Monday - Sunday: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM & 3:00 PM-11:00 PM & 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Fridays: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM & 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Saturdays: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Sundays: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Schedule: Per Diem | Weekends and Overnights Available

Are you an experienced LPN or RN looking to provide high-acuity, one-on-one care in a home setting? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking skilled and compassionate nurses for a pediatric case involving a trach/vent-dependent child (21 months old) located in Pennsauken, NJ.

This is a highly rewarding long-term opportunity with stable hours to care for a medically fragile child and support their family with expert, individualized nursing care.About the Case

• Patient: 21-month-old pediatric client with tracheostomy and ventilator
• Environment: In-home, private duty care
• Team-Oriented: Work collaboratively with a supportive care team and nurse supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one care to a medically complex pediatric client
• Monitor and manage trach and ventilator equipment
• Administer medications and assist with daily needs
• Respond to medical changes or emergencies with confidence and professionalism
• Accurately chart and communicate with family and clinical staff

Qualifications

Required:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with trach and vent care (required for this case)
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• Comfortable working independently in a private duty setting

Preferred:

• Prior pediatric home care experience
• Familiarity with mobile charting and communication apps
• Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
