divh2Quality Control Manager (Software Testing) / h2pSOSi is seeking a highly qualified Quality Control Manager (Software Testing) to join our team in support of our US Army Government customer on site in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing the quality program of an application development project supporting the ARIMS family of applications. / ppEssential Job Duties : / pulliPerform Quality Control reviews and tests on Army IT projects to confirm compliance with government requirements. / liliConduct thorough system testing for Army web-based applications, especially those developed in ASP.NET with SQL databases. / liliRecord and report results from application tests, monitor systems readiness, and develop Army IT testing framework and report documentation. / liliDevelop and maintain a comprehensive testing framework and complete detailed report documentation. / liliAssist with user acceptance testing, ensuring that the end-product meets the end users needs. / liliMonitor system readiness and report on application test results to management and government stakeholders. / liliCollaborate with project teams to integrate quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle. / liliFollow all applicable agency policies, procedures, and regulations. / liliProvide general guidance to lower-level developers and engineers. / li / ulpQualifications : / ppMinimum Requirements : / pulliAn active in scope Secret security clearance. / liliBachelors degree or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical, or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university. / liliA minimum of 10 years of experience in a field of specialized expertise, including Quality Control within Army or DoD programs / projects. / liliMust possess baseline and computing environment certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP). / liliExperience performing Quality Control reviews / tests of Army IT projects. / liliExperience developing corrective action plans following tests or audits. / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliCertifications in Quality Management or Testing such as Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ / OE) or Certified Software Tester (CSTE). / liliAdvanced training or certifications in project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. / liliPrior quality testing experiences within development operations (DevOps) environment. / liliPrior experience leading quality assurance teams in defense contracting environments. / liliStrong knowledge of software quality assurance principles and practices. / liliProficiency in creating and managing testing frameworks and documentation. / liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. / liliStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. / liliAbility to lead and mentor teams in quality control initiatives. / liliCommitment to upholding the highest quality standards in all project deliverables. / li / ulpAdditional Information : / pulliNormal office conditions. / liliOn government site within Ft.
