The Company is in search of a Vice President for North America to spearhead its expansion in the U.S. and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development and client relationship management, with a primary focus on high-end travel, concierge, and hospitality services for an exclusive portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth families and private clients. This role demands a leader who can drive membership growth, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service experiences that align with the brand's premium standards.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in luxury hospitality, hotel sales, or private client services, and a proven track record of success in working with high-net-worth clientele. The role requires a deep knowledge of global travel, fine dining, and premium lifestyle markets, as well as a strong commercial drive, responsiveness, and a service excellence mindset. Key responsibilities include growing membership, managing client portfolios, and overseeing luxury travel, dining, and event experiences. The Vice President will also be the face of the brand at client meetings and luxury industry events, representing the company with the utmost professionalism and dedication to the client experience.
