Regional Managing Director
We're looking for a Regional Managing Director to join our Retirement Distribution Sales Management team. In this role, you'll lead overall sales in the Core segment for our West Coast Region team. Here are a few of the types of things you'll do : Leadership, coaching & performance management; regional planning and sales activity management; collaborate with other sales regions, service teams, and market intelligence. Salary Range Information
This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary combined with incentive earnings. The base salary will provide financial stability, while the incentive component offers additional earning potential based on performance metrics. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $190000 - $190000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
