Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager

A company is looking for a Wholesale Mortgage Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage loans based on estimated close dates to ensure proactive pipeline management

Collaborate with Account Executives and Operations staff to prioritize pipelines and handle status calls

Assist clients with submitting loans and provide status updates throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

3 years of recent experience as an Account Manager or Loan Processor in the mortgage industry

Experience with Non-QM, conventional, and government products and guidelines

Demonstrated skill in monitoring loan production pipelines

Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Encompass

Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers
