Position Summary :
As an Associate Art Consultant, you will combine creativity, organization, project management, and professionalism to bring art programs to life from concept to completion. The Associate Art Consultant assists the Consultants on various stages of the design projects by tagging floor plans, sourcing and inspecting images, curating the flow of imagery, assisting with communication, and presenting designs to clients. Once trained, the Associate Art Consultant will also independently lead and manage smaller projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. They will also embody the Art Expressions brand, bringing both passion and professionalism to every interaction with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities :
- Support, lead, and manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring all deliverables align with client goals, deadlines, and budget
- Build lasting relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and trust
- Develop and deliver engaging design presentations and proposals for clients ranging from executives to design teams
- Curate and source imagery from stock libraries, as well as reproductions and original artwork from vendors and artists, to align with each project’s vision and purpose
- Source, commission, and manage custom artwork from artists, overseeing the process from concept through final installation
- Read floor plans and tag artwork locations; select and size artwork based on wall dimensions and design intent
- Create polished, professional design packages that clearly communicate visual intent
- Edit and prepare images using Adobe Photoshop
- Collaborate closely with team members and contribute to a positive, creative, and supportive environment
- Occasionally travel for client meetings, presentations, site walkthroughs, and installations (all expenses covered)
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred2+ years of relevant experience in art, interior design, project management, or a related fieldStrong working knowledge of art and design is requiredAbility to travel and effectively manage simultaneous projects requiredClient services or project management experience strongly preferredSkills :
