A company is looking for a Director of Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and manage a team of Product Owners to foster professional growth and collaboration

Align product strategies with organizational goals and oversee core Product Owner duties, including backlog prioritization and communication facilitation

Establish KPIs for product teams and present regular updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven success leading Product Owners in an agile environment

Expertise in process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
