The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate filings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal counsel on mergers, acquisitions, financial transactions, and contract disputes. This role requires a professional with a strong background in commercial and corporate law, including expertise in managing both internal and external relationships. The Assistant General Counsel will also be involved in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with leadership to support business initiatives and mitigate legal risks.
Applicants for the Assistant General Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 8-15 years' of experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and related legal functions.
