Responsibilities :

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform 3-way matching to ensure proper alignment between purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to payments and invoices.
• Utilize major ERP systems to streamline and automate accounts payable processes.
• Ensure proper account coding and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Monitor and improve accounts payable workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Proven experience in corporate accounts payable, including dispute resolution and 3-way matching.
• Familiarity with major ERP systems and proficiency in automating financial processes.
• Strong understanding of account coding and full-cycle accounts payable operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and external vendors.
