Position Summary Information

General Description of Position

Under the general supervision of the Dean and the Program Chair, the adjunct instructor will instruct students in various courses in the classroom (may be face-to-face, online, or in a laboratory/clinical setting.) This is a part-time temporary position.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
2. Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a pharmacy technician.
3. Bachelor's degree in a health/science field or the successful completion of the Bachelor's degree within three (3) years from the start of employment is required.
4. Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
5. Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.

Desired Qualifications

1. Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
2. Five (5) years' experience working as a pharmacy technician.
3. Master's degree in a related field.
4. Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
5. Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.
6. Teaching experience in a post-secondary institution.
