General Description of Position Under the general supervision of the Dean and the Program Chair, the adjunct instructor will instruct students in various courses in the classroom (may be face-to-face, online, or in a laboratory/clinical setting.) This is a part-time temporary position.
Essential FunctionsMarginal FunctionsRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMinimum Qualifications - Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a pharmacy technician.
- Bachelor's degree in a health/science field or the successful completion of the Bachelor's degree within three (3) years from the start of employment is required.
- Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
- Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.
Desired Qualifications - Certified Pharmacy Technician, holding a designation of CPhT
- Five (5) years' experience working as a pharmacy technician.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Member of a national and/or local pharmacy technician organization
- Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.
- Teaching experience in a post-secondary institution.
