Brief Description

The Product Specialist, Hardware Solutions will assist product managers in improving existing products and developing new products across panels, keypads, translators, repeaters, sensors, and other products. They will research industry trends, conduct sales team and customer surveys, review reports, and attend events to obtain intelligence on the security industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with technical product lines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a business setting
• Driven by deadlines; a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• Adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation skills to large and small, demanding technical audiences
• Ability to keep information in confidence
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated excellent attendance and punctuality with good work attitude and ability to work cooperatively with others in the department and company
• Accept and benefit from constructive performance feedback
