Team Lead Duties :

• Coordinate Daily Operations : Distribute daily work orders, assign tasks based on associate skills and ensure timely order fulfillment using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Lead and Train staff, including new hires and veteran team members to maximize team flexibility and productivity.
• Oversee quality checks during inbound, put-away and shipment processes to maintain accuracy and prevent errors.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and security protocols.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 4pm-12 : 30 am

Pay : $22.50 / HR
