Job description
Part-time or full-time NP position
Covers 13 SNF and ALF facilities in Polk County
Visit approximately 3 facilities per day
Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends
Highly autonomous role
Mentorship available as needed
"Round and go" model"leave once all patients are seen
Share weekend phone call coverage with 3 other providers
Compensation based on patients seen; estimated $120,000 - $150,000
Full benefits included
Excellent location, near Tampa and Orlando
