Provides professional service and expertise in a broad, overarching and unspecified area of financial matters, which may include planning, analysis and reporting accountabilities for organizational unit(s) assigned. in a range of functional areas of all Siemens organization.

This role impacts a regional organization of 3,000+ employees and interacts and advises at all levels of that organization plus US Service Division and Performance Controlling team members. It reports to the In Vivo Field Service Zone Controlling Director.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Zone Vice Presidents, Market Vice Presidents, and local and global Service Leadership teams. Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that inform key business decisions and drive CS performance.
  • Monitor and analyze headcount capacity and workforce planning, ensuring staffing levels align with business demand and CS targets.
  • Educate and empower Regional Service Managers on key financial concepts, processes, and digital tools to enhance their understanding and drive self-sufficiency in financial decision-making.
  • Lead headcount and OPEX planning process, consolidating forecasts from all zones to produce unified Field Service view. Analyze trends, validate assumptions, and provide insights to ensure accurate and aligned cost planning.
  • Oversee the development of the accurate completion of key financial reports; interpret data and communicate results within Performance Controlling and to Sr. Management.
  • Help develop and maintain key metrics, scorecards, reporting packages and presentation materials as needed.
  • Drive discussions of financial analysis at complex levels including budgeting, financials and expenses in performance comparisons allowing decision makers to improve their business performance.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and identify operational and financial risks.

The analyst will be accountable for and measured in terms of :

  • Quality and timeliness of analytics
  • Customer orientation and responsiveness in a matrix environment
  • Service reporting, budgeting, and forecasting process enhancement
  • Financial performance of NAM Service
  • Required Qualifications, Attributes, and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and related area(s)
  • 7+ years in relevant field, balanced against relevant Siemens experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with cross-functional teams, including executive level management.
  • Strong analytical and financial abilities; skilled in using and interpreting visual analytics.
  • Self-starter, capable of bringing projects to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a hybrid work environment, adapting seamlessly to both remote and in-person collaboration.
  • Expertise with in the Microsoft Office suite of products is necessary.
  • Travel required, estimated
