About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic surgical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional perioperative care in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting. You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile

Assist the surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and maintaining a sterile field

Monitor patient status throughout the surgical process and respond to any changes in condition

Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and patient responses

Collaborate with pre-op and post-op teams to ensure seamless patient care

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of [State]

Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience (ambulatory surgery center experience preferred)

BLS and ACLS certification required

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
