As RELCO expands its service operations in New England, we're seeking a seasoned Service Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects and drive execution excellence. Position Summary The Service Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects-from pre construction and buyout through final closeout. As the primary liaison for clients, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors, this role ensures clear communication, strict quality control, and compliance with safety standards. The Service Project Manager will develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts, and will handle change orders, RFIs, and submittals with responsiveness. Regular site visits, proactive customer engagement, and fostering relationships with past and current clients are key. The ideal candidate is rigorous in cost control, strategic in managing progress, and strong in reporting and stakeholder alignment.
