Member Recruitment Coordinator

Are you passionate about community engagement, public speaking, and making a life-saving impact? Join our client, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, as a Member Recruitment Coordinator and help grow the stem cell registry through outreach, education, and events.

Role Overview :

As an MRC, you'll be the face of the missioneducating, engaging, and inspiring the public to join the registry. You'll execute live and virtual recruitment events, build relationships with volunteers, and collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment goals.

Responsibilities :

• Host 34 weekly recruitment events (campuses, churches, markets, etc.)
• Present to diverse audiences and manage event logistics
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
• Perform remote administrative tasks (supply ordering, volunteer training, reporting)
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align strategy and goals
• Travel in-state with reliable transportation (must be able to lift up to 30 lbs)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $28.00 / hr.
