The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Management to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies to ensure the continued growth and success of our organization. As the Director of Talent Management, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to identify and cultivate top talent, prepare future leaders, and mitigate potential talent gaps. Your strategic vision and innovative approach will be instrumental in driving our succession planning initiatives forward.

As the Director of Talent Management, your key responsibilities will include :

• Developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and HR teams to identify key positions and critical talent pools for talent management.
• Assessing current talent strengths and identifying skill gaps to inform talent management efforts.
• Identifying high-potential employees and implementing development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
• Facilitating talent review sessions to evaluate and discuss potential talent for key roles.
• Providing guidance and support to leaders and managers related to talent management across the organization.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent management.

Job Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
