Description
This Corporate Sr HR Business Partner role coaches and consults with leaders so they achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness and diversity & inclusion. This candidate must be able to effectively work across all levels of the organization, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and operate proactively to bring Corporate HR priorities to life. Your business acumen, interpersonal skills and ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations will be critical. This role is an individual contributor role and is offered as a hybrid role in the Seattle, WA area. You must be willing to work in office at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 3 days/week to be considered for this position.
