Medical Assistant Combo

ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

We currently have an opening for a Part-Time Medical Assistant Combo. Experience in OB/GYN preferred.

Job Type: Part-Time, Direct Hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours: Mon, Tues, & Thurs- 9am-3pm

FRONT OFFICE

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments.
• Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment, preparing necessary documents
• Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.

BACK OFFICE

• Room and take patient vitals
• Review medical history
• Administer injections and/or draw blood
• Assist the provider with patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 year experience in front and back office, required
• ONGYN experience, preferred
• MA Certified
• CPR Certified
