This on-call role serves as an SME / Senior Project Manager-level expert, ready to step in for high-stakes scheduling, task management, and emergency response. You'll support WMATA leadership with research, analysis, quality control, and strategic communication for complex scheduling and project controls. Perfect for a seasoned professional who can lead under pressure and operate with discretion.

Responsibilities

• The on-call SMEs will be equivalent to a Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, task management, and emergency and critical events on an as needed basis.
• Support WMATA VP and / or Task Manager with research, analysis, quality control, scheduling and communications related to task order management, annual scheduling, customer impact criteria, and project controls and complex scheduling programs; and
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary Range

$140,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on experience
