Key Responsibilities

Supports the prior authorization request process to ensure timely and accurate responses

Documents authorization requests and gathers necessary medical information for review

Verifies member insurance coverage and maintains tracking of authorizations and referrals

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

1-2 years of related experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines preferred
