Workday Consultant – Workday Extend Implementation

Job Title: Workday Consultant – Workday Extend Implementation.
Location: McLean, VA.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Workday Extend Implementation: Build custom applications, reports, integrations (EIBs, Studio), and workflows using Extend APIs, focusing on client-specific needs. Bridges business requirements with technical solutions, involving configuration, development, and testing. Develops complex integrations between Workday and other systems using web services and tools like Workday Studio.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Workday Extend: Core platform knowledge, configuration, and development.
• Web Tech: Javascript, XML, JSON, XSLT, SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Development Tools: Workday Studio, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum.
• Functional Areas: Experience in HR (HCM) or Finance implementation is often needed.
