A leading environmental solutions provider is seeking a driven, field-based Sales Specialist to lead business development across the Permian and Delaware Basins — with a strong focus on remediation waste and landfill services.
The client is looking for a self-motivated, relationship-focused professional with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a passion for solving complex environmental challenges in the oilfield.
Role Responsibilities :
- Drive direct sales of landfill and remediation services to E&P operators, waste haulers, and service providers
- Cultivate and expand key customer relationships through in-field presence and value-based selling
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and corporate teams to deliver turnkey solutions
- Leverage CRM tools to track activity, generate reports, and meet revenue targets
Required skillset and experience :
5+ years of sales or business development experience in oil & gas, environmental services, or waste managementProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goalsStrong understanding of oilfield waste logistics, remediation regulations, and landfill operationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fieldSeniority level
