You will leverage your expertise in small steam turbines and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic, competitive environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Execute sales activities, pricing, and negotiation to ensure successful order intake boosting growth of the small steam turbines business in USA, focusing on both mechanical drive and power generation applications.
• Lead and coordinate with business partners to reach all possible markets visiting customers and developing new opportunities.
• Assessing customer needs directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through business partners and suggesting appropriate products, services, and / or solutions.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Work closely with internal proposal, engineering, factories, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality bids, according to customers' needs.
