Job Summary :

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary approach in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Obtains history, medications, blood pressure, weight and vital signs of each patient. Triage patient calls. Assists Doctors and counsel patients, when needed. Effectively delivers patient care through Nursing Process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation and evaluation. Two days / week will be in our Newport office.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an Accredited School or College of Nursing

Current RN licensure in State of Rhode Island.
