D&R Autoworks , a full-service auto repair shop serving the Highland Park community, is looking for a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor with a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Location : 1454 Old Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL

Pay : $19 – $23.50 / hour + Overtime + Monthly Incentive Plan

Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care

Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service

Build lasting customer relationships based on trust

Help drive shop performance through sales and service excellence

Strong communication and sales skills

A team player who builds respectful relationships with technicians

Committed to delivering an honest, transparent customer experience

Valid driver's license and clean MVR

High school diploma or GED
