Manager, Talent Acquisition

A leading biopharmaceutical company seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition with 5+ years of recruitment experience, specifically within sales requirement in the life sciences sector.

The role will be responsible for managing and improving the full lifecycle recruitment process, primarily supporting the field sales team. The position will assist with hiring, creating a strong candidate pipeline and collaborating with sales leadership and external recruitment partners as needed for any larger recruitment efforts. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to effectively and efficiently move candidates through the process, communicate with candidates and source for open roles on the team.

The anticipated salary range for this role : $115,000 - $130,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus, equity and excellent benefits

This role is located in downtown NYC, onsite 3 days / week in office, 2 days remote.

• Must be able to work on-site Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
