Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med / Surg Tele position in California requiring a CA RN license, ACLS, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital Med / Surg Telemetry (MS / Tele) unit
  • Day shifts from 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m., five 8-hour shifts per week
  • Patient population includes falls, sepsis, UTI, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, and CHF exacerbation cases
  • Candidates who have previously worked at the facility must have been gone for at least one year to be considered
  • Only one holiday request for time off will be considered
  • Must be willing to complete required lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing

    • Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience required unless otherwise specified
  • Must meet 50-mile radius rule for eligibility
