Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer inquiries using multiple systems efficiently
Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions to ensure satisfaction
Document customer requests and actions taken to maintain accurate account records
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years in a customer service role
1 year of customer service experience in a contact center setting (preferred)
Proficiency in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office software (preferred)
Working knowledge of call center systems and / or workflows
