About this role:

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance.

• Searching for a Geriatric Fellowship trained physician to join our Utah Valley Clinic, which is located directly on the campus of our 395-bed, level II trauma center, Utah Valley Hospital.

• Comprehensive provider team is comprised of 1 other physician and 2 APPs.

• This clinic also boasts an excellent clinical support staff which allows our providers to focus on delivering quality medical care.

• Full time, this role will include 4 weekdays of geriatric primary care and the opportunity to add expertise to our memory care service imbedded in the clinic.

• Providers enjoy one weekday and weekends off weekly.

What you'll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Completion of a US-based ACGME accredited residency and geriatric fellowship training program
• Board certification or eligibility in geriatric medicine
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
